Manage team of project managers, coordinating delivery of multiple projects varying in complexity, duration, and cost. Responsible for insuring project managers are trained on project management methodology, provide timely and high quality information regarding project cost, scope and timelines. Interface with accounting team to assist in identifying opportunities for capitalizing. Manage portfolio of projects for one of four business verticals addressing project intake process, project complexity evaluations, prioritization and escalation.

Combined multiple voice portal platforms into a unified application. Identified and developed improvements to self service offering through analysis of the customer experience. Provided analytics showing success of modifications and increased self service rates. Worked with client teams to develop business requirements for new support initiatives, created call flows, data flow designs and User Interface specifications for speech-enabled voice portal applications. Provided support of testing and user acceptance phases as application SME. Managed vendor relationship with Nuance and its UI designers to include communicating and clarifying requirements, managing schedule for project deliverables, managing issues identified during development & testing and to insure designs are consistent with specifications.
